For sale is a Selmer Mark VI 5 digit alto saxophone!
This horn is a prime era Selmer serial #89xxx with its matching #89xxx neck!
This saxophone is being sold as not working category.
This horn has old pads and will need a full overhaul and pad job.
The horn has its fair share of scratches, knicks, dings, dents, fleabites, strong metal wear of various red/green colors, engraving wear, weld marks, repair marks, heavy patina and other anomalies associated with such an old vintage instrument.
There is a flat dent on the side of the bow that will easily come out, but will be need to be taken care of. This can be seen opposite side of the low C tone hole.
This horn is not any kind of mint piece but fully done up, cleaned and overhauled will be a killer horn!
The horn has old pads, and absolutely needs an overhaul, but actually plays as is with no clicks or clanks, mostly setup on its old pads.
This saxophones with comes with non original Selmer case.
